Enrollment & Application Process

To begin services, families must complete the following steps:

  1. Submit an Application – Fill out our intake form and provide basic details about your child’s needs.

  2. Obtain a Diagnosis – A formal diagnosis from a pediatrician, developmental specialist, or psychologist is required for insurance approval.

  3. Insurance Verification & Processing – We will submit all necessary paperwork to your insurance provider for authorization.

  4. Approval & Scheduling – Once approved (typically 4-6 weeks), we will schedule an initial evaluation and begin therapy sessions.

📌 Note: If you are paying out-of-pocket or receiving financial assistance, services may begin sooner.

Parent Corner FAQs

We understand that starting therapy services can come with many questions. Below are some frequently asked questions to help guide you through the process.

1. How do I know if my child qualifies for services?

If your child has been diagnosed with autism, speech delay, sensory processing disorder, or other developmental delays, they may qualify for therapy services. A formal evaluation by a pediatrician, psychologist, or licensed specialist is typically required for insurance approval. If you're unsure, we can guide you through the steps to get started.

2. What insurance providers do you accept?

We accept Medicaid, private insurance plans, and self-pay options. We also assist families in verifying insurance coverage and understanding their benefits. If your insurance isn’t listed, contact us, and we will explore alternative payment solutions.

3. How long does the application process take?

The approval process for therapy services typically takes 4-6 weeks, depending on your insurance provider and the required paperwork. Families paying out-of-pocket or receiving financial assistance may be able to start sooner.

4. What types of therapy do you offer?

We provide a range of services, including:

  • Speech Therapy – Helping children improve communication, language development, and social skills.

  • Occupational Therapy – Enhancing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.

  • Physical Therapy – Supporting children with movement, balance, coordination, and strength development.

  • ABA Therapy – Focusing on behavior modification and skill-building for children with autism.

5. Do you offer in-home or school-based therapy?

Yes! We provide flexible therapy options, including:

  • In-Clinic Sessions – One-on-one or small group therapy in our facility.

  • At-Home Therapy – Bringing our professional therapists to your home for convenience.

  • School Visits – Collaborating with schools to provide therapy services in the classroom setting.

6. What happens during the first session?

Your child’s first session will be an initial assessment where our licensed therapists evaluate their strengths, challenges, and therapy needs. We will discuss therapy goals and create a personalized treatment plan.

7. What if my child is on a waitlist?

Due to high demand, some programs may have a waitlist. However, we will keep you updated on availability and suggest alternative resources or short-term solutions in the meantime.

8. How can I support my child’s progress at home?

Our therapists provide parent training and home exercises to reinforce therapy goals between sessions. Consistent practice and a supportive home environment can greatly enhance your child’s progress.

9. How can I donate to help a family in need?

Our "Donate to a Family" program allows individuals and organizations to contribute funds that directly support children who cannot afford therapy services. Donations help cover therapy sessions, assessments, and essential learning tools. Visit our donation page or contact us for more details.

10. Who can I contact if I have more questions?

Our Parent Support Team is available to answer any questions and guide you through the process. Feel free to reach out via phone, email, or visit our office for personalized assistance.
